Welcome to Mango Tango Spanish, owned and operated by Mango Tango Learning LLC
(“Mango Tango,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, subscription services,
curriculum, applications, or any related content (the “Services”), you (“you,” “user,” “subscriber,”
or “family”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they
affect your legal rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility and Use of Services
● The Services are provided for educational purposes only and are intended for personal,
non-commercial use by families and individual subscribers.
● By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of
entering into this agreement. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a minor, you
agree that you are responsible for the minor’s use.
● You agree not to:
○ Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without written
permission from Mango Tango.
○ Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm Mango Tango,
other users, or third parties.

2. Accounts and Security
● To access subscription content, you must create an account and provide accurate,
complete, and updated information.
● You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
● Mango Tango is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

● Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
● The subscription fee is disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Mango
Tango to charge your chosen payment method.
● Invoices are issued automatically through our payment processor. Failure to pay may
result in suspension or termination of your account.
● All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
● You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
● Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access
until that date.
● Refunds will be issued within 7 days of purchase
● No refunds will be issued for completed months of service.
● If Mango Tango terminates your account due to violation of these Terms, you will not be
entitled to any refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
● All curriculum materials, songs, illustrations, designs, activities, software, and content
are the exclusive property of Mango Tango Learning LLC and are protected under
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
● Subscriptions grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the
Services for personal educational purposes only.
● You may not copy, modify, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from
our content without prior written consent.

6. User Content and Feedback
● If you submit photos, videos, testimonials, or feedback to Mango Tango (e.g., as part of
a cohort program), you grant Mango Tango a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational, product development, and marketing purposes.
● You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such
content.

7. Service Availability and Modifications
● Mango Tango may, at any time, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the
Services without liability.
● We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers, including
payment gateways or hosting platforms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
● The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango Tango disclaims all warranties, including
but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
● Mango Tango is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including
but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or misuse of materials.
● In no event shall Mango Tango’s total liability exceed the subscription fees paid in the
twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mango Tango Learning LLC, its officers,
employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of
these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination
● Mango Tango reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach
these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited conduct.
● Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
● These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without
regard to conflict of law principles.
● Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina, unless
otherwise agreed by both parties.

12. Changes to Terms
Mango Tango reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after such
changes constitutes your acceptance.
